WHS senior sextet earns honors from Texas Girls Coaches Association

Waxahachie High School’s volleyball team had six athletes named to the Texas Girls Coaches Association’s Academic All-State Team last week. Seniors Linzie McCloud, Katy Jenkins, Emma Smithey, Kate Morgan, Avery Long and Allison O’Donnell were cited by the TGCA for their accomplishment in the classroom and on the court.
