LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) _ Doug Thennis hit a grand slam to give Texas Tech a come-from-behind 15-11 win over Missouri on Sunday.
The Red Raiders (14-12, 4-5 Big 12) scored 11 of their 15 runs in the final three innings, including six in the ninth.
Thennis had a career-high six RBIs as he went 3-for-3 on the day. He scored two runs. Willie Rueda went 4-for-6 with four RBIs and scored three runs.
Rueda tied the game in the ninth with a two-run triple. The Tigers (20-4, 4-2) loaded the bases to set up a possible double play, but Thennis hit the grand slam over the left field wall.
Ryan Lollis went 3-for-4 with three RBIs and scored two runs for Missouri. Aaron Senne added two RBIs for the Tigers.
Missouri took an early 4-0 lead in the first as two runs scored on an error and Lollis hit a two-run single.
Texas Tech tied the game at 7-7 in the bottom of the seventh, but Missouri scored four runs in the top of the eighth on two doubles and two singles.
Zach Stewart (2-0) got the win in relief, giving up four runs on six hits in the final two innings. Tyler Clark (1-1) took the loss, giving up six runs on three hits in the ninth.
