With COVID-19 restrictions in place, the Waxahachie ISD athletic department has established its policy for varsity football home ticket sales for the upcoming season, which begins for the Indians on Sept. 25.


Tickets will be available for purchase online at www.hachiesports.org . All tickets will be general admission with open seating. Fans are responsible for social distancing. Current capacity is limited to 50% (subject to change) at all WISD venues, including Lumpkins Stadium.


For parents of senior participants, online sales will take place Sept. 7-9. Senior football, trainer, Charmer, band and cheer families will have the opportunity to purchase up to four tickets for a five-home-game package.


Parents of ninth-, 10th- and 11th-grade varsity game participants will have the opportunity to purchase tickets online Sept. 10-17. All football, trainer, Charmer, band and cheer families will have the opportunity at that time to purchase up to four tickets for a five-home-game package.


For each of the above, a unique code will be provided for each athlete/performer to be used for the purchase of game tickets.


For the WHS student body, a limited number of tickets will be available and will be sold during lunches during the week of each game until they are sold out. Seniors may purchase one ticket per student beginning the Monday of the game week, while juniors will be allowed to do the same beginning on the Tuesday of the game week (if available), and underclassmen will follow on Wednesday (if available). Students must have an ID to purchase tickets.


Online ticket sales for the general public, including visiting fans, will begin on the Monday (at 12:01 a.m.) of the game week and will continue until sold out. No tickets will be sold at the gate. A QR code will be provided to purchase online if tickets are available.


Only WISD-issued senior citizen passes and THSCA passes will be accepted.
