Carol Lozier Alexander died 10/4/2020 at age 83 from Covid-19. She was born in Alameda, California to Ollie Mae and Charles Henry Lozier. Despite being born out of state, Carol spent most of her life, both as a child and an adult, in Texas. Some of her fondest childhood memories were of the Bisbee Baptist Church in Mansfield. Her church home at the time of her death was Calvary Baptist in Midlothian.
Carol was an avid dancer and had a private parking spot at her local dance club until her death. She loved to travel and could light up an entire cruise ship with her smile. A dedicated reader and crafter, she gathered friends wherever she went.
Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Alexander, her son, Allen Lozier, daughter in law, Sharon Lozier, granddaughter, Kimberly Lozier and grandson Joshua Lozier.
She is survived by her children, Debra Barrett (Dan), Craig White (Stacy Weatherby), Vincent Alexander, Susan Alexander Fleenor (Robert Handy) Steven White (Melissa), and Terry White, as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends, some of whom she hadn’t even met yet.
We will forever miss our beloved mother –
may she dance in eternity.
Memorial service will be held at Midlothian Funeral Home, October 14th, 2020 at 1:00PM
