Modelle was an active member of the Maypearl First Baptist Church for 65 years and taught Sunday School Class for 28 years. She was President of the PTA for one year and did not work outside the home until her youngest child was a senior in high school. She then went to work for K. She provided an incredible blueprint for her family to follow. She enjoyed music of any kind; but especially singing with and listening to her 3 sons' music.
