A 21-year-old Waxahachie man was injured during a motorcycle accident Friday night.
The accident occurred at about 9:37 p.m. in the 200 block of the W. U.S. Highway 287 Bypass frontage road, about 100 feet north of the 1900 block of Brown St.
According to the accident report, Tony Dustin Bosarge was traveling southbound on the frontage road when he failed to control his speed.
Bosarge lost control of his 2003 Yamaha motorcycle, which rolled end over end and slid to a stop in a ditch about 50 feet away from the original location, according to the report.
Bosarge, who was wearing a helmet, received incapacitating injuries in the accident and was transported by East Texas EMS to Baylor Medical Center at Waxahachie, according to the police report.
His condition was unavailable by press time.
