With the Special Olympics winter season quickly approaching, several Olympians needed qualifying physical examinations with time running out.
The Altus Emergency Center heard of the crisis and not only conducted the physicals but went to Daymark Living Center on December 9th and provided physicals on site, free of charge.
According to a press release, the Special Olympians, staff and parents extended a heartfelt thank you to Altus Emergency Center for being a caring and giving corporate citizen.
Altus Emergency Center is a free-standing emergency center, open 24 hrs, located at 1791 N. Highway 77 in Waxahachie.
