REFUL is a ready-to-eat meal company that has operated through the local YMCA for over a month and recently announced a unique project — PROJECT REFUL.
This program will provide four lucky participants with four weeks of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a juice Monday through Friday, an initial and final Styku body scan, one month of access to any YMCA, access to other fitness partner facilities, and a dedicated success coach to support the participant through their fitness journey.
"The program is not a weight loss or challenge, but instead a real-life demonstration of how foods, like those served by REFUL CO, can improve and support a healthy lifestyle," reads a REFUL press release.
Individuals can apply to be selected at www.reful.co. The four participants will be announced on March 31.
REFUL operates with two storefronts in Dallas and Fort Worth, as well as inside seven YMCA locations across the DFW Metroplex and two locations on the campus of the University of North Texas. REFUL has been part of Waxahachie YMCA since the week of Feb. 11.
There are over 45 menu items all prepared without dairy, gluten or soy. Meals on the menu include breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and even plant-based options. When scoping out the menu, an individual will find that each item is identified to either focus on protein, healthy fat or good carbs.
So, the process is simple. Customers order meals online by Friday, and that person can pick up at the YMCA in Waxahachie the Sunday or Monday after. An individual does not have to be a YMCA member to pick-up meals.
