Lillian Rosser passed away on January 23, 2019 from complications of dementia. She was 98 years old.

Lillian was preceded in death, by her husband, George Rankin Rosser; two brothers, Virgil & Lynn Brooks, and a sister, Ethel Brooks.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Bill & Peggy Rosser of Waxahachie, two grandsons, Ken Rosser of Cleburne and Chris Rosser of Orlando, Florida. Four great-grandchildren, Will Rosser of Waxahachie, Wyatt Rosser of New Orleans and Jenna and Sophia Rosser of Orlando, a sister, Nona Mullins of Durant and a sister-in-law LaJuana Brooks of Richardson, Texas, and many more nieces and nephews.

After the death of her husband, Lillian retired from the Dallas Independent School District and moved to Waxahachie to be near family. She was a loving mother, mother-in-law and grandmother who cared deeply for her family. She will be dearly missed.

A private graveside service for the family will be held at Laurel Land on Saturday, January 26, 2019.

A memorial service will be held at Laurel Land on Monday, January 28 at 12 o’clock.
