• Kari Bruning, 34, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 greater than or equal to one gram less than four gram, and possession of a controlled substance PG 3 less than less than 28 grams failure to appear.

• Cesar Botello, 23, was arrested for display of fictitious license plate.

• Joe Rodriguez, 38, was arrested for driving while license invalid, unspecified charge and three charges of failure to appear.
