No more standing in line to pick up and pay - guests can simply walk in, grab their prepaid order from the Pronto Pick-Up shelf and be on their way.

The process is simple. Busy diners order and pay online via CowboyChicken.com or on the Cowboy Chicken app. Team members prepare and package the order and place it on the conveniently located Pronto Pick-Up shelf, allowing guests to walk in, find the order under their name and walk back out. The Cowboy Chicken app gives users the added bonus of earning rewards for each purchase and is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
