Caniacs in Waxahachie have been heard: You’re getting a Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers to call your own!
The Louisiana-based chain known for its ONE LOVE – quality chicken finger meals – recently broke ground on its newest location, at 1600 Dallas Highway in Waxahachie.
When it opens in February, the 2,700-square-foot restaurant is projected to be the 34th Raising Cane’s in the DFW Metroplex and the 86th in the Lone Star State.
The company will be hiring 50-60 new crewmembers for the restaurant in the months ahead.
“There are more Raising Cane’s in North Texas than anywhere else on the planet, but none in Waxahachie … until now,” said Harvey Borrego, general manager of the new restaurant. “We’re excited to finally bring our ONE LOVE to the people of Waxahachie, and we know there are lots of Caniacs already here who share in that excitement. We also can’t wait to partner with local schools and other organizations to see how we can best engage with, and support, our new neighbors.”
