A Fall Beef Program will be on Friday, Oct. 23 in conjunction with the 2nd Annual Ellis County Youth Expo Commercial Heifer Show and Sale on the Ellis County Youth Expo Grounds.

The educational program will start at 8:30 a.m. with registration and will conclude at noon with a steak lunch.

The cost is $20 per person and 2 CEU’s will be available to those with Texas Department of Agriculture licenses. Please R.S.V.P. to the Ellis County Extension Office for meal and meeting planning purposes at 972-825-5175 prior to Oct. 21.
