The Texas Department of Public Safety is asking for public help to locate Aguilar Rodrigo Arraigo, 24, of Ennis, related to a fatal accident that occurred Saturday.

Troopers were called to a single-vehicle crash near the intersection of West Road and Harrington Road near Waxahachie, where a red, 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse was found crashed in a creek bed. Police said the accident happened in the early hours of Saturday morning. Ennis resident

Humberto J. Esquivel, 23, was a passenger in the car and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a statement from Trooper James Colunga, a DPS Public Information Officer.

Colunga said Arraigo is 5’8” and 180 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. Arraigo may have been driving the car and may have been injured in the crash as well. He has not made contact with his family since Saturday. Arriago may be driving an older model, black Chevrolet Tahoe with black rims and may be trying to cross into Mexico.

Anyone with information about the crash or the whereabouts of Arraigo is urged to call the DPS Waco  254-759-7131 or DPS Garland 214-861-2040 to notify Trooper Xavier Carr from DPS Waxahachie.
