Tuesday, Waxahachie ISD, members of the community and officials from VLK Architects, BTC Construction and various consultants celebrated the future elementary school No. 10 with a groundbreaking ceremony. The school, which will be funded by the bond package voters approved in May, will be located on the east side of the district near the Saddlebrook subdivision of US 287.
