Milton Leon Reese, 78, of Waxahachie, Texas, passed away on June 5th after a short battle with cancer.

Leon was born on November 2nd, 1943 to loving parents Edison and Leone in Ellis County.

Leon graduated from Waxahachie High School with the class of 1961. After high school he worked as an engineer for various industries until he opened Delta Machine Company in 1979. He designed and built special machinery until his retirement in 2009.

Leon had a keen mind and a sly sense of humor. He was known for his honesty, integrity and for standing up for others. He was a good father and loyal friend.

Leon is predeceased by his parents, sister Barbara and brother Wayne. He is survived by his sisters Linda and Beverly. With his former wife Beverly of 36 years he is survived by his two sons Jon and Scott, their wives Rose and Kim, three grandchildren Aaron, Macy, and Cora, and one great-granddaughter Alexandria.

The family will hold a private service to celebrate his life.
