Mary Pat was born in Dallas, Texas to Thomas C. Unis and Dorothy Joseph Unis on April 26, 1951. She graduated from Ursuline Academy, and from the University of Dallas with honors. She married Royal Cullen Eubank, Jr. and lived in Waxahachie Texas until 2012. Mary Pat was an avid reader, tennis player, civic volunteer and loved to travel. She served in the Junior Service League of Waxahachie, the TTCD Tennis Club, Book Club, the Heirloom Club, and she and her daughter, Angela, sang in the choir at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.

She was predeceased by Royal Cullen Eubank, Jr. and Royal Cullen Eubank III. She is survived by her daughter, Angela Marie Eubank and granddaughter Rook Nicole Robinson, sister, Cheryl Unis Mansour, brothers, Tom Unis, Jr. (Dianna), Joseph Unis, Sr. (Beth) and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at 10:00 am at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 6306 Kenwood Ave. Dallas, Texas 75214, Reverend Monsignor Milam Joseph presiding. Interment will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Ln., Dallas Texas 75220.
