Charmers Dance Camp

The WHS Cherokee Charmers will be hosting their 2012 Dance Extravaganza.

All girls ages 5-15 are invited to participate. This event will include three days of dance instruction by the Cherokee Charmers and two performance opportunities at the halftime of the girls and boys varsity basketball games on Jan. 13 and Jan. 17.

Participants will also receive a performance shirt. Registration cost $40 and the deadline is Jan. 3.

Adult baseball league

The Dallas Menís Adult Baseball League is now accepting registration for players for itís spring league.

Games are played in Dallas and the league is open to all players 18 and up.

Registration fee is still to be determined.

Games start in March and registration runs through December with a league meeting in January. Players that are interested should contact Jimmy Rudd at 469-398-9312.

An 18 and up adult womenís softball tournament team is looking for players.

13U baseball team

The Waxahachie Tribe, a 13U select team, is seeking pitchers and catchersfor the upcoming Spring 2012 season.

These positions are open to anyone in the surrounding area willing to travel to Waxahachie for practices.
