Wyatt Holsinger, 7, makes a pile of leaves for he and brother Wesley to jump into in the front yard of their home on Monticello Drive Tuesday, Dec. 27. Although they got some great toys for Christmas the nice weather on Tuesday presented an opportunity too good to pass, said their grandfather John Perry. “They’d much rather be outside playing,” Perry said. “They have more fun with a rake and them leaves.” Temperatures are expected to reach the high 50s today and dropping to the mid 30s in the evening, according to the National Weather Service in Fort Worth. High temperatures in the mid 60s and lows in the mid 40s are expected for Thursday through New Year’s Day.
