Executive Assistant Candace Ketchum, Director of Compliance Angie Gann, and Barbara Clark, Finance Manager of Hope Clinic and the Wayne Owens Memorial Scholarship, are shown with Melissa Tapia and President of Ellis County Navarro campuses Dr. Kenneth Martin.

Tapia is the recipient of the scholarship designed for non-traditional students who are continuing their college education. The Wayne Owens Memorial scholarship is assisting Tapia in continuing her education in the Navarro College Nursing program.
