Say good-bye to the old post card water bills.

Beginning in September, city water customers will be receiving their water bills in a sealed envelope, Waxahachie director of finance Carl Wessels informed the council.

In addition to the current account information, the new billing statement will also provide the city with space to print informational messages to inform residents on specific items within the city.
