It’s time again for the annual Waxahachie LifeStyles Home and Family Expo.
The expo covers more than 60,000 square feet of the Waxahachie Civic Center. It will feature different businesses and restaurants from throughout the community and provide hours of entertainment, shopping, food and fun for all ages. The event will take place from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, March 5.
“The expo brings everything into one location,” said Delaney Tenpenny, membership director of the Waxahachie Chamber of Commerce. “It gives everyone an opportunity to visit with and get information about different businesses in a laid back atmosphere. There will also be a lot of great food and giveaways; it is always a lot of fun.”
The trade show will feature more than 130 different exhibits including clothing, home improvement, automobiles, health and wellness, radio and print media, real estate and much more. Exhibitors include people who come from throughout the North Central Texas area.
The LifeStyles Home and Family Expo has been in existence for close to 10 years and is an annual event for
the chamber. Last year about 5,000 people attended.
Door prizes will be given away every hour as well as food samplings from local restaurants to give people a taste of Waxahachie. Adult tickets are $3 and children younger than 10 are free.
Booths are available for purchase, but there are only a limited number of spaces left. To reserve a booth or for questions, contact the Waxahachie Chamber of Commerce at 972-937-2390 or e-mail Delaney Tenpenny at firstname.lastname@example.org.
