Waxahachie police have released the name of the driver killed Wednesday morning in a one-vehicle accident.
Stefanie Rebekah Boutwell, 20, of Midlothian was eastbound in the 100 block of Farm-to-Market 875 when her 1996 Pontiac Grand Am left the roadway just prior to the bridge.

A witness to the accident called 9-1-1, with Waxahachie police and fire responding.
Boutwell, who was wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene at 9:25 a.m. by Justice of the Peace Jackie Miller Jr., who ordered the body taken to the Dallas County medical examinerís office.
