Annette Ackley Rudolph, age 78, passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2018, in Waxahachie. Funeral services to celebrate her life will be held on Monday, February 26, 2018, at 10:00 AM at St. Paul Episcopal Church in Waxahachie. Interment will follow funeral services in the Waxahachie City Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be observed on Sunday afternoon from 3-5 PM at Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie.
Annette was born in the summer of 1939 to John and Louise Ackley. She was a lifelong resident of Waxahachie and a 4th generation Waxahachian. She was a member of the garden club, bridge club, and the mahjong club. Annette was very active in the community and was a member of St. Paul Episcopal Church. She will deeply be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her sons, Chris Rudolph and Craig Rudolph and his wife, Janet; grandchildren, A.J. Woodall and his wife, Lindsey, and Chase Rudolph and Bailey Thomasson; great-grandchildren, Karsyn Woodall, Levi Woodall and Rhen Rudolph; brother, John D. Ackley; and lifelong best friend, Sandy Matthews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Ellis County SPCA, M.D. Anderson Cancer Hospital or St. Paul Episcopal Church in Waxahachie.
