MANSFIELD

A steady stream of buckets helped the Midlothian Heritage Jaguars easily gig the Lake Worth Frogs for an easy bi-district championship win.

Heritage outscored Lake Worth in each of the four quarters behind Colin Valenta's game-high 24 points and 18 more from Vincent Lee for the 4A Region I bi-district crown Tuesday night, 81-58.

Lee added a team-high eight rebounds to his stat line to fall just short of a playoff double-double.

Tristan Paschall and Quinton Joseph each scored eight points, while Noah Parker added seven, and Kevin Luke and Kerrion Fields chipped in five points, each. Fields also dished out a team-high eight assists. Paschall recorded a team-high five steals.

Reggie Adams (3 points), Kaleb Neal (2 points), and Mason Thomas (1 point) rounded out the Jaguars offensive production on a night when they shot 45 percent (30-of-67) from the floor as a team.

No. 11 (29-6) Midlothian Heritage will face Graham at 7:30 p.m Friday, Feb. 23 at Aledo High School in the 4A Region I area championship.
