WAXAHACHIE

In front of a nearly packed Fine Arts Center on the Waxahachie High School campus, 13 Indians and Lady Indians signed their National Letter of Intent to continue their academic and athletic careers at the next level in the fall.

Though 14 student-athletes were slated to ink their signature to the bottom line of an NLI, one was forced to stay home due to an illness.

"We are extremely proud of these 14 student-athletes for their hard work on and off of the playing field," Waxahachie ISD Athletic Director Greg Reed said. "We are also thankful for the coaches and parents who have helped them get to this point. The Waxahachie ISD athletic department is excited to watch these exceptional young people excel at the next level."
