Billy Gene Clements, 82, of Ferris, Texas succumbed to cancer at his home surrounded by his family on June 22, 2017.
Preceded in death by his wife, Frances Dell Clements; his parents, James and Ocie Clements; his brothers, Leado Clements, William Allen “WA” Clements, DC Clements, Ernest Clements; and his sister, Jane Ann Todd. He is survived by his brothers, Carol Clements and Calvin “Butch” Clements; and by his nephew, Tony Todd. Bill is also survived by his children, Leada Hadley, Suzanne Madrid, Charlsalea (daughter) and Art Dietlien, Blanden (son) and Geanna Clements, Daven (son) and Kelly Clements, Kalen Clements (son), Shalonda (daughter) and Adam Hill, and many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family. A special thank you to the Bristol Hospice in Waxahachie for their loving care and support. As one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, One of Bill’s favorite scriptures, and one on which he built his faith, is found in the bible at John 17:3, “This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ.”
A memorial for Bill Clements will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2610 Brown Street, Waxahachie, Texas on Saturday, July 1, 2017, at 3 p.m.
