Angie D. Davidson, 87, was born Dec. 20, 1926 and had lived in Brownsboro for the past three years after living most of her life in the Hugo, Okla. area. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Davidson and two sons, Danny and Bobby Davidson.
Angie loved to fish but after her fishing buddies passed on, she took up sewing and quilting. She also loved to read, work jigsaw puzzles and listen to gospel music. She prayed every night before going to bed.
Survivors include: sons, Sammy Davidson and wife Vickie of Hugo, John Davidson and wife Pam of Midlothian; daughters, Judy Simmons and husband Billy of Brownsboro, Jearie Maxwell and husband Emil of Cedar Hill, and Opal Taber of Burleson.
God blessed Angie with 18 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren and many great-great-grandchildren along with many other relatives and friends.
Family will receive friends for visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014 at Miller & Miller Funeral Home in Hugo.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14 at the First Assembly of God Church in Hugo, with Bro. Kevin Burton officiating. Interment will follow Goodland Cemetery in Goodland, Okla.
