9 a.m.-6 p.m.: Baylor Medical Center at Irving is hosting a prepared childbirth class on Saturday, Feb. 21, at the CopperTree Medical Office Building, 1302 Lane St., Suite 2030 in Irving. This class will prepare you and your coach for the labor and delivery experience. 6-6:30 p.m.: Baylor Medical Center at Irving will hold a complimentary 30 minute tour Saturday, Feb. 21, at Baylor Irving, second floor women’s pavilion, 1901 N. MacArthur Blvd. in Irving. 10 a.m.-12 noon: Baylor Medical Center at Garland will hold an infant/child CPR class, Saturday, Feb. 21, at Baylor Medical Center Garland, Diabetes & Parent Education Center, 900 N.  Saturday Mammography Clinic

8:30 a.m.: Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas will hold a mammography clinic for diagnostic mammograms, Saturday, Feb. 21, at the Darlene G. Cass Women’s Imaging Center, Baylor Medical Pavilion, 3900 Junius Street, Suite 200, Dallas, Texas. Appointments are necessary and begin at 8:30 a.m. Annual mammograms are covered by most insurance providers and co-pays will be billed at a later date. The classes are two hours each night until the last night which starts at 6:30 p.m. and lasts for 2 1/2 hours until 9 pm. Prepared Childbirth is a complete overview of everything you need to know for pregnancy, delivery, management of the delivery, breathing and relaxation techniques, the initial newborn phase, c-sections, drugs and epidurals, postpartum, breastfeeding and so much more!  Cesarean Birth

6-9:30 p.m.: If you are anticipating the birth of a baby by cesarean delivery, this one-session course offered Feb. 23 at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas can help prepare and reassure you. During this class you will discuss delivery procedures, anesthesia and post-operative care and a tour of Baylor’s Women and Children's Center.
