The Ellis County Tea Party is hosting a political forum for the incumbents and challengers for the offices of U.S. Representative for Congressional District 6 and Texas Representative for House District 10.

The event is scheduled for 6 p.m. Aug. 20 at the Waxahachie LaQuinta Inn on Stadium Drive.

The purpose of the forum will be to inform and help educate voters of the positions of the candidates and allow the citizenry the opportunity to be part of the interview process.
