If you did not have a valentine to celebrate with this year, it is not too late. Love is always in the air at the Ellis County SPCA, endless love from the homeless animals that is. When you adopt an animal from the Ellis County SPCA you receive so much more than a pet. With each adoption you receive a loving animal current on all needed vaccinations. If you are adopting a dog, that cuddly pooch will have been tested for heart worms and given its first month heartworm preventative. If adopting a cat, that fuzzy feline will have been test for feline leukemia and feline aids. Along with the pet you will receive a free bag of Science Diet food, one month FREE pet insurance, and a list of wonderful area veterinarians that have graciously agreed to give a reduction on their regular rate of spay/neuter. The Ellis County SPCA does not stop there, we will also give you a one year free membership to the Ellis County SPCA.

Adoption fees are as follows. A low cost for all the love you will need.

Dogs

$80 –     Purebred dogs (no papers), dogs 20 pounds and under even if not spayed/neutered, puppies under  six months of age, and dogs that have been spayed/neutered.
