Alvarado Elementary North’s kindergarten classes paraded around campus with their bugs recently. Each class created bugs out of household items for homework, then walked through the halls singing a song about bugs. Usually, the classes only walk in their hallway, but other grade levels wanted to see the bugs. The third grade teachers held up big fly swatters for the bugs as the classes walked down the third grade hallway. Breanna Stovall is pictured showing off her purple and pink bug during Alvarado Elementary North’s Bug Parade.
