Ennis ISD hosted the Sixth Grade Academic UIL Contest at the Ennis Sixth Grade Center on  Saturday, Feb. 9.

Ennis ISD took first place overall against the other competing school districts of Red Oak, Corsicana, Waxahachie, and Midlothian.

Ennis ISD had 23 students place (1st through 6th place).
