“We are extremely pleased to have Baylor Medical Center of Waxahachie as one of our gold sponsors,” stated Dr. Stephanie Singleton, 2011 Run Chairman. “Our event, which will raise monies for dual credit scholarships for WHS students and grants to WISD teachers, is also designed to promote health and fitness.
“Baylor’s commitment to our cause is a great partnership as it is a family friendly event that promotes health and fitness as well as education. It just doesn’t get any better than that,” she added.
Runners and walkers may register and pay online, by mail, or in person. To register and pay for the race online, visit the newly released Legacy Run website by visiting www.wisdlegacyrun.org.
