To the Editor,

I donít recall ever having been so excited about a political race in a positive way. I donít remember ever feeling that there was a candidate for any office that was ideal for the job.† Enter John Wray as the candidate who is ďThe Perfect FitĒ to represent Texas House District 10 as our state representative. I have known John and his family for several years and have been fortunate to serve with him for years on a community steering committee. I recall being in meetings with several people who loved to talk a lot. However, John held back and chose his words carefully. And, when John spoke, he commanded attention and earned respect for his knowledge and foresight. †

Growing up in very modest environment, John attended Waxahachie public schools, was the first in his family to attend college,† obtained a bachelorís degree from Texas A & M University and completed law school at the University of Texas before returning to his hometown, Waxahachie.†† †

John and Michelle have two beautiful children, Morgan and Patrick. With tremendous support from his family, John has been very successful in building the premier corporate law firm in Ellis County, a thriving title company, real estate investments and farming and ranching businesses. John believes in promoting stronger opportunities for individuals and less bureaucracy and red tape from our government. †

John is a true conservative who believes in standing up for his communityís best interests and most certainly will not be a political puppet. He will maintain diligent efforts to reduce taxation, improve educational opportunities, enhance economic standards and strengthen our democracy. His tireless efforts to support our community is evident as he has served over five years on the city council, is currently the mayor of Waxahachie, has served several years on a community steering committee, has been an active member of his church and has unselfishly provided countless hours of legal assistance for our courts and community members.

Please join Jan and me in providing support to elect John Wray as Texas State Representative District 10. Johnís successful election will ensure strong representation for our community at the state level.
