Payton Kelley, a senior at Red Oak High School, has been named the Honorable Hawk of the week. She is a senior class officer, cheerleader, on the TOMS board, a member of student council, link crew and a peer coach.

She lists her hobbies as cheerleading and being with family and friends.

Three words used to describe her are: ambitious, encouraging and fun.

Payton lists how hard she works to achieve goals and accomplishments as the things she is most proud of.

Pre-calculus is her favorite subject. The best book she has read is "The Twilight Zone." The two people she would most like to meet are Jesus and Michelle Obama.

She doesn't have a favorite musical artist, saying "I like a lot of different artists."

She wishes she could speak French.

Her mother is Payton's source of inspiration.

The best advice she has ever received was: "Beauty is a good thing to have, but it's the girl with the beautiful soul who is truly pleasant to be around."

If she could travel anywhere, Payton would go to Egypt.
