A Waxahachie Police officer was dispatched to a home in the 1800 block of Ferris Avenue in reference to a burglary of a habitation Saturday, June 15.

Upon arrival the homeowner reported that two bikes were stolen out of his attached garage.  Between 10 p.m. June 14 and 8:30 a.m. June 15, an unknown person(s) entered the attached garage through an open door and removed a Pacific mountain bike and an Schwinn bicycle. The Pacific bicycle is gunmetal gray with blue letters and the Schwinn bike is silver with green trim.

Anyone with information about this offense should contact Crime Stoppers at 972-937-PAYS (7297). Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 dollars for information that leads to the arrest and/or conviction of this crime.
