The Waxahachie Community Theatre will present its special July Showcase Kids Production of “Cinderella and the Substitute Fairy Godmother” July 26-28 at McCafferty Hall on the campus of Southwestern Assemblies of God University.

The short comedy by Ed Monk is directed by Stacee Johnson and features an all star cast of young talent from the Ellis County community.

Showtimes at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 26 and again on Friday, July 27, with a special matinee performance at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 28.

General admission tickets are $8 per person (ages 5 and older) and may be purchased online at or by calling the box office at 972-646-1050. Tickets at the door are $2 more, and seating is limited for each performance.

All shows will be performed at McCafferty Hall, located at 1200 Sycamore St., on the campus of SAGU in Waxahachie.

The venue is not wheelchair accessible.

The show is produced by special arrangement with Playscripts, Inc., and is underwritten by Citizens National Bank of Texas.
